Important safety notice
Running and physical exercise carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, musculoskeletal injury, cardiovascular events, dehydration, heat-related illness, and in rare cases, death. By using these services, you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for your health decisions.
1.Not medical advice
Training plans, coaching recommendations, and fitness content provided by Vincent Alves Coaching (a DBA of Volume & Adherence LLC) are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or fitness program.
2.AI limitations
Plans are generated using artificial intelligence. While I design these systems to produce safe, evidence-based recommendations, AI has inherent limitations:
Cannot observe your form. AI cannot watch you run, detect biomechanical imbalances, or assess your gait in real time.
Cannot detect unreported conditions. If you do not disclose a medical condition, injury, or limitation in the quiz, the AI cannot account for it.
Cannot adapt in real time. The plan does not adjust to how you feel on a given day. You must use your own judgment and listen to your body.
Cannot replace professional coaching. For complex training needs, injury rehab, or competitive race prep, direct human coaching provides oversight AI cannot.
3.Assumption of risk
By using my plans and services, you acknowledge and accept that physical exercise, including running, involves risk of injury or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in any training program derived from these services. You are solely responsible for determining whether a plan is appropriate for your fitness level, health status, and physical capabilities.
4.Pre-participation recommendations
Before beginning any plan, I strongly recommend that you:
- Obtain a physical exam and clearance from your physician.
- Disclose all known medical conditions, injuries, and medications in the quiz.
- Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, severe shortness of breath, or other warning signs.
- Modify or skip workouts when your body signals fatigue, pain, or illness.
5.No guarantees
I do not guarantee any specific results from using my plans. Individual outcomes depend on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, genetics, nutrition, sleep, stress, adherence, and pre-existing fitness. Past results referenced on the Site are not indicative of your expected outcomes.

By completing the quiz and/or using a training plan generated by Vincent Alves Coaching, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Health & Fitness Disclaimer. You agree that Vincent Alves Coaching and Volume & Adherence LLC are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome that may result from following a plan or any advice provided through these services.
