By accessing or using vincentalves.com ("the Site") and any services provided by Vincent Alves Coaching, a DBA of Volume & Adherence LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

Vincent Alves Coaching provides AI-powered personalized running training plans generated through a quiz-based assessment. Our services include AI-generated training plans based on your quiz responses, coaching tiers with enhanced features and direct coach access, and educational running and fitness content.

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, all information you provide through the quiz and registration is accurate and complete, you will consult a physician before starting any training plan if you have health concerns, you accept full responsibility for your decision to follow any training plan generated by our service, and you will use our services only for lawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including training plans, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Volume & Adherence LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Training plans delivered to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display our training plans or any other proprietary content without our written permission.

6. Payment Terms

Training plans are provided at the pricing stated on the Site. Coaching tiers are billed as stated on the pricing page (monthly or one-time, depending on tier). All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. Refund policies, if applicable, will be stated at the point of purchase.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vincent Alves Coaching and Volume & Adherence LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or any injury or harm resulting from following a training plan.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and any delivered training plans ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
